Hello steak lovers from all over the world!

Whether it' for breakfast, lunch or dinner steak is one the menu. From blue rare to well done we don't discriminate here. We cook them pan seared, broiled, on the grill with charcoal or propane. Here we love them all, porterhouse, T-bone, Top Sirloin, Flank, New York Strip, Filet Mignon and Rib-Eye. Some prepare them by marinating them over night some like them with just salt and pepper with some lime. We often ask our selves, what type of wine pairs well, what type of beer?  A few of us are experts but most of us have no idea how to cook a steak and that's ok! Lets use this blog is to give tips, tricks and information on how to do it. With all that said, lets discuss and then lets eat!
